Not many know that wearing a weight belt helps reduce strain on your lower back not only for advance lifters but also beginners, it prevents hyperextension during overhead lifts and also it stablises your position when doing bend over rows, deadlifts etc...
Wearing the ILA weight belt helps strengthen your core with constant tension during sets, it forces you to lift more with your legs than your back.

It is thick layer leather that is comfortable with a fine cut centred padded which sits nicely on the lower back.
